The employer mandate, which requires companies with more than 50 full-time employees to provide affordable health insurance or face a penalty per employee, is now delayed.
The change was announced by the Treasury Department, which said the administration will start enforcing the mandate in 2015, rather than January 1, 2014, in order to give businesses more time to prepare.
